Overview
Isopropyl chloroformate ( CAS 108-23-6 ), also known as isopropyl chlorocarbonate, is a reactive acylating agent used in organic synthesis to introduce the isopropoxycarbonyl protecting group onto amines, alcohols, and other nucleophiles.
