Bis(2-ethylhexyl) tetrabromophthalate (CAS 26040-51-7 ), also known commercially as TBPH or BEH-TEBP, is a brominated additive that delivers both flame retardancy and plasticizing performance within a single component.

It is used across polymer and elastomer systems where halogenated flame protection is required without sacrificing material flexibility. In flexible PVC and polyurethane formulations, it functions as a reactive-compatible plasticizer.

This additive simultaneously meets flame retardancy standards, reducing the need for separate additive packages. Electronics manufacturers use it in wire and cable insulation, connector housings, and circuit board coatings.
