L-malic acid

L-malic acid ( CAS 97-67-6 ), also known as L-hydroxysuccinic acid, is a naturally occurring organic acid used across food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic manufacturing. It functions primarily as an acidulant, pH regulator, and flavor enhancer.
